At Bennett Hartman I practice civil litigation with a focus on workers’ rights. My clients include unions and people who have been treated unfairly at work.
As a civil litigator, I handle all aspects of a case, including investigation, settlement negotiation, mediation, and discovery. I also have experience taking cases to trial—both jury and bench (judge) trials.
Prior to joining Bennett Hartman, I worked as a staff attorney with Legal Aid Services of Oregon representing low-income Oregonians with housing claims. I also clerked at the Oregon Court of Appeals where I drafted appellate opinions and bench memoranda in a variety of areas of law. I obtained my law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, where I focused my skills in public interest lawyering.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking in nature and playing basketball.
